Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 6–8 weeks to complete. This allows us to source materials, finalize designs, and create something truly special just for you.
How long do made-to-order items take?
Made-to-order pieces generally take 4–6 weeks to complete. If you need something sooner, please email us—we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Do you offer ready-to-ship items?
Yes! From time to time, we release limited collections of ready-to-ship items. These pieces are available in very small quantities and ship within 3–5 business days.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. We love working with customers to bring their vision to life. Reach out via email with your ideas, and we’ll be happy to discuss the possibilities.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry, clean place when not in use.
